I love working with Erica because she's so real and down to earth. I feel like I can ask her anything about my business and she'll give me the scoop on what worked for her, as well as what didn't work. She gives it to me straight - which is what I need... Yet she's also great at asking those questions that make me think... about what I truly want. Working with Erica, I feel like it's totally possible for me to grow my business as big as I want it - and she'll challenge me to do it and NOT chicken out! I put together and held my first 2 workshops since working with Erica. I signed on more clients since working with Erica than I ever did before. I feel much more confident that I can actually DO THIS coaching thing for a career, long term since working with Erica. She shares so openly about her business - I can now see a path forward for me too and that is HUGE.

I've also realized that I don't actually have to work as hard as I have been... Erica has taught me to trust in my abilities, continue to create the space for the client to grow and change and the rest is up to THEM. That gave me such a sense of relief and freedom.
