Executive Assistant + Client Services

Soul Business Collective empowers women to build the lives of their dreams through coaching, personal development, and business-building. We're looking for our next rockstar EA to be the right hand to our Founder, Erica Carrico, and the face of SBC to our clients.

This is a ~30-35 hr/week role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves client interaction, and is the QUEEN of organization, communication, and follow-through.

You'll own:

  • Erica's calendar, inbox, and scheduling (including last-minute changes, plus personal needs/photoshoots/appointments)

  • Client communication, onboarding, and customer service

  • Event/retreat planning support

  • Facebook Group management

  • Networking and PR-style communications on Erica's behalf (pitching when needed)

You’re a fit if you have:

  • 2-3+ years as an EA, PM, or in admin support

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred but not mandatory)

  • Strong Google Workspace skills

  • Experience working with remote teams

  • Tech comfort (GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign, ClickFunnels, ClickUp, Slack, Zoom — and a willingness to learn what you don't know)

  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Availability M-F, 9am-5pm MST (Denver), with occasional evenings/weekends

  • Willingness to travel/commute to Erica's residence in Colorado if needed

  • A genuinely warm, positive, and firm communication style — you'll be emailing students directly on a regular basis

Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience.
