I just finished an interview with Ruth and I think a lot of you are going to see yourselves in her.
Ruth helps women heal their nervous systems. She came to us already having a few1:1 clients, so this wasn’t about whether her work was good. It was about needing more clients, and the eventual ceiling.
If you’ve been doing one-to-one work for any length of time, you know the one I mean. Your income is capped by the hours in your week. You want to serve more women, but there’s only so much of you. And the more clients you take on, the closer you get to the exact burnout you help other people heal from.
Ruth knew a group program was the answer. She just didn’t know how to build it, what to charge, or how on earth to fill it.
So that’s what we built together.
She filled her very first group with 5 incredible clients and made over $8K right at the start of her time in SBA.
Her first one. Not her third attempt.
In this interview she shares what was really holding her back, how she structured the offer, what she said to get those women to say yes, and how it felt to finally stop trading hours for dollars.
She also shares something she and I have in common. She built this while being a single mom going through a divorce, and she told me that’s part of why she chose to work with me. If that’s your season too, I think you’ll feel seen watching this one.
And if you’re sitting in that 1:1 ceiling right now knowing there’s a bigger way to do this, let’s talk. Book a call with my team and we’ll look at what your group offer could be.
