The COVID-19 pandemic had just begun, and I was still working my 9-5, while slowly trying to build my business.  After my employer was not very understanding of the hurdles I was facing as a single parent who now was trying to home-school, I decided time was up.  I needed to take serious action to make my business thrive so I could finally leave my day job and create the profitable, and soul aligned coaching business I had been longing to build.  Signing up to work with Erica was one of the best decisions I've ever made!
